Don't believe Alkusoli's lies.

I never buy a product online unless there is a money back guarantee. I figure there must be a reason if they won't stand by their product. But alkusoli said there was a 30 day money back guarantee if you were not satisfied, so i bought it. I put it in my shoes and the little balls were extremely painful to walk on, particularly the large one pressing into my arch. Imagine my surprise when they asked if i had opened the package because you can only get your money back if you don't open it up! So the money back guarantee is only if you don't like the way the package looks and you return it unopened! Do not trust them. If they lie about that, then you can assume they lie about other things as well.

However, I’ve already reached out to support and was told no resolution was available. For clarity, here’s what has happened so far: I explained that the insoles were only used a few times before it became clear they were not a good fit. I asked for a refund and offered to return them. Support acknowledged that trying them was necessary to evaluate the product but still denied my refund, citing a policy that doesn’t allow returns of used items. I understand policies exist for a reason, but refusing to work with a customer who clearly tried to resolve this reasonably feels dismissive. I hope this new outreach means you’re actually willing to find a fair resolution.

We haven't had them long enough yet. However, my husband wore his pair on a 3 mile walk amd a couple of the magnets came off of their spots and moved and stuck to another magnet, which made it uncomfortable to walk.

I wore them for one day and my feet felt absolutely horrible. Definitely not an insult for me. I’m looking to get a total refund.
